Time Reduction Survey

In a survey conducted between September 2000 and October 2001, 150 TracTime users were asked to provide time-savings statistics. The aggregates results were that TracTime, when used as a training tool, created an average cycle time reduction from 105 working days to 83 working days by the completion of the third phase.

Field Reporting Survey

A survey of 475 Field Managers from August 1999 to September 2000 dealt with the average time Field Managers spent per day updating TracTime schedules. The average number of houses reported were 50 and the average time spent per man day was 13.9 minutes.

Hand Held Field Devices

As our industry embraces technology, more reporting requirements are imposed on the field personnel. This, we believe, is the reason that the current trend for field reporting is toward the use of PC's in the field versus the portable hand held devices.
